Minneapolis Guitar Quartet to perform
The Minneapolis Guitar Quartet will perform at 2 p.m. May 17 at the Lakeville Area Arts Center, 20965 Holyoke Av.
The concert is the last of this year's Coffee Concerts series. Founding guitarist Joseph Hagedorn described the "Looking Back, Looking Ahead" program as "a balance of Latin American, Spanish and classical music, with some folk-based contemporary music featuring a great new setting of Scarborough Fair by Minnesota composer David Crittenden."
All the pieces the quartet performs are either composed or arranged by the group's members.
