Costumed performers will demonstrate medieval music, art, cooking, weaponry and more during Caponi Art Park's Medieval Fair next Sunday in Eagan.

Members of the Society of Creative Anachronism (SCA) will transform the woods into a medieval village and will demonstrate calligraphy, armored combat, glass bead making, lace making, fiber arts and blacksmithing. A food truck will serve traditional English pasties and new spins on the classic recipe. All ages are welcome.

Admission is free, with a $5-per-person suggested donation. The park is at 1220 Diffley Road. For more information, see www.caponiartpark.org/programs/medievalfair.

The SCA is an international nonprofit devoted to the study of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
