Pat Samples from the Minnesota Creative Arts and Aging Network will discuss how the brain's late-life creative spurt can boost creative potential Saturday at the Robert Trail Library in Rosemount.
The event is scheduled for 2-3:30 p.m. in the library at 14395 S. Robert Trail. It is sponsored with a grant from the Minnesota Legacy Program.

'1940s Radio Hour' at Burnsville PAC "The 1940s Radio Hour" by Walton Jones will be presented at the Burnsville Performing Arts Center's Black Box Theatre Friday through Dec. 19.
The Chameleon Theatre Circle production will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays and at 2 p.m. on Sundays Dec. 3-19.
The musical is built around the final broadcast of "The Mutual Manhattan Variety Cavalcade" on WOV radio in New York in December 1942. "The Cavalcade" performs songs of the World War II era as subplots unfold involving its cast members.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $13 for students, seniors and groups of eight or more.
