Expressions Community Theater is presenting "Mind Over Matt" through next weekend at the Lakeville Area Arts Center.
The play by Scott Haan is a comedy about a successful young illustrator named Matthew Lane and his star-crossed attempts to ask out the girl of his dreams.
Remaining shows are at 2 p.m. today and next Sunday and at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

StringWerks concerts setBurnsville's StringWerks youth and adult orchestra groups will present their fall concerts next weekend.
The StringWerks Adult Chamber Ensemble and La Beau Musica concert is set for 7 p.m. Friday at Hidden Valley Elementary School's Performing Arts Center, 13975 Glendale Av., Savage. Featured works include Peer Gynt by Edvard Greig and Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 4. Admission is free.
StringWerks' Youth Orchestra Program will perform at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday at Burnsville High School's Mraz Center, 600 Hwy. 13, Burnsville. The show is also free, but a $3 donation is suggested.
