Rewind's Get Pretty Sale

For its limited square footage, northeast Minneapolis vintage shop Rewind sure can pack in the retro gems. Thrift-a-holics regularly flock to Sarah Hoese's charming store to load up on clothing, jewelry, shoes and handbags from the '50s to the '80s. Its annual Get Pretty Sale offers even more incentive to hit up the well-curated mix of vintage and contemporary goods -- they're pulling fresh stock out of storage and taking 25 percent off everything.

    Tatters sale

It's a big weekend in vintage shopping. Long-loved Uptown shop Tatters is holding its half-off sale, taking 50 percent off everything in the store for two days only. That includes pretty vintage dresses and jewelry for the ladies; suits, vintage tees and motorcycle jackets for the guys, and shoes for both. It's also the best place to pick up a pair of vintage cowboy boots and mint-condition bowler hats.
