A TMZ.com videographer caught up with UFC mixed martial artist Brock Lesnar, who fights Saturday at UFC 116. Lesnar looks fit and healthy and said his opponent (Shane Carwin) should be worried. "Yeah, I got a little sick," he said.

He seem amused at the statement about fighters drinking their own urine to make them better fighters- he said he wanted no part of that.

And he advised Lindsay Lohan, who turned 24 today, to wear underpants. Watch here.
