Center offers help with eating disorders Water's Edge Counseling & Healing Center of Burnsville is offering a program designed to assist adults with eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia and binge eating.

It's designed for those who require low levels of treatment or those who need help with the transition from a more-intensive treatment.

The program incorporates a mind/body/spirit approach to treatment, said psychologist Kim Bushman of Water's Edge. In addition to traditional forms of therapy, it offers healing through nutritional consultation, meal support, body-oriented therapies, yoga, spirituality and more.

Water's Edge also offers weekly group sessions for eating disorders, individual therapy, nutrition consultation and one-on-one spiritual consultation.

Investment club holds seminar for women A local financial adviser will host an investment club seminar for women at 9:30 a.m. June 10 at Edward Jones, 3420 W. 150th St., Suite 103, Rosemount.

The seminar with adviser Stacey Bartelson is designed for women interested in learning about investing matters, building wealth and building friendships, Bartelson said.

Women's investment clubs typically outperform men's clubs by 9 percent annually, according to the National Association of Investors Corp. The seminar is free, but seating is limited.
