Map of Inter-Mountain Snowfall

Light to moderate snowfall will settle over areas of the West along andwestward from the Rockies though the day on Sunday.Some of the heaviest snow will fall over the mountains and other high ground inUtah. Amounts will reach at least 6 inches along the rugged spine running fromthe Wasatch Range south to about the Arizona border.

Several inches of snow will fall in areas of eastern Utah and western Colorado.

In central Montana through Wyoming and eastern Idaho, amounts of a few incheswill be fairly common through the day on Sunday.

Along with local roadways, major highways I-15, I-25, I-70, I-80, I-84 and I-90will be subject to wintry driving conditions.
