Earthquake Rumbles West of Chicago

Snow blanketed Chicago Tuesday into Tuesday night, but it was an earthquakethat residents in the western suburbs woke up to this morning. The4.3-magnitude earthquake was centered four miles west-northwest of Virgil,Ill., and 48 miles west-northwest of Chicago. The earthquake occurred rightbefore 4 a.m. CST.There are no initial reports of damage or injuries. One listener on Chicago'sWBBM-Radio reported that pictures fell off his wall.
