The search continued this week for a 23-year-old Eagan man missing since early Oct. 30, police said.

Bryce Borca was last seen in the area of Yankee Doodle Road and Terminal Drive. A day after his disappearance, a search began with the help of some 250 volunteers, Eagan police said

"The investigation has included an extensive search of over 1,000 acres in coordination with state and federal officials," police said Thursday on Facebook.

In a statement, Borca's family said: "We would like to thank the countless people who have come forward to assist us in our effort to bring Bryce home. We ask for your continued support in providing any information that could assist in locating Bryce."

The family described him as "an incredibly kind and thoughtful young man who has touched so many with his selflessness and loyalty."

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
