![David McKeen of St. louis Park spent the afternoon flying his three kites on Lake Calhoun. David McKeen said, "With the wind and the temperature at 30 degress, it is a perfect day to fly my kites. There just haven't been many days like this.". David is a gardener at the Minneapolis Golf Club and was attending a convention in the morning and late afternoon. Kites & Bites Festival
Kids are invited to run like the wind to get enough lift for kite flying. While supplies last, youths will get free kites to fly.
