Fall rates, which are based on two-person occupancy, drop to $295 a night for Sunday through Thursday and $325 a night for Friday and Saturday for all of the resort's 23 cabins, which range from one- to five-bedroom.

Oceanaire's chef Jake Uttich will provide cooking demonstrations and a five-course dinner with wine pairings during the Guest Chef Weekend of Fine Food and Wine, Oct. 6-8. Tickets to the dinner are $110 per person, plus an 18 percent service charge.

Other special fall packages are also available, including a fall fishing package and a fireside romance package. Both are ongoing and available through Oct. 8.
