New England Flooding

A large quantity of moisture being held in the snowpack of northern NewEngland is being released as a result of mild winds and rain. The combinedrunoff will cause some already swollen rivers and streams to overflow theirbanks Monday night and Tuesday. Flood watches are currently in effect for mostareas from New Hampshire across Maine.
