YouTube goes into the Red

YouTube has it all, but now it wants more. Last week, the online video king announced YouTube Red, a new paid subscription service ($9.99). The monthly fee allows users to watch streaming videos, plus original shows by YouTube creators, free of ads. Other streaming services that have dabbled in video (such as Spotify) should be quaking in their boots. Look for the service to launch on Wednesday.
