Free days at Twin Cities museums

Bell Museum of Natural History: Free on Sundays. www.bellmuseum.umn.edu

Minnesota History Center: Free on Tuesdays from 5-8 p.m. www.minnesotahistorycenter.org

Minnesota Children's Museum: Free on the third Sunday each month. www.mcm.org

Minnesota Landscape Arboretum: Free after 4:30 p.m. on third Thursdays (and all day every Thursday during the winter). www. arboretum.umn.edu

Minnesota Zoo: Moms get in free during Mother's Day weekend May 10-11. mnzoo.org

Walker Art Center: Free on the first Saturday of the month and from 5-9 p.m. every Thursday. www.walkerart.org
