Of late, the wild-eyed Busey has been a punch line in jokes and a hard-luck has-been on such shows as "Celebrity Apprentice" and "Two and a Half Men." There was a time when Busey was an exciting actor. He earned an Oscar nomination for his potent portrayal of the lead character in "The Buddy Holly Story" before moving on to the made-in-Minnesota "Foolin' Around," "My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys" and other forgettable films. Busey comes to Minneapolis to talk about "Holly" before a screening of the film -- and to sing a few Holly hits afterward.
