Viverant, a physical therapy clinic that specializes in women's health and helping patients optimize their golf games and running, has opened an office in Oakdale and plans to open another clinic this spring in the White Bear Lake and Vadnais Heights area.
Viverant also offers care for chronic pain at offices in Lakeville and Edina.
With its goal to "get people back to what they like to do," Viverant has programs in which golf professionals will analyze a golfer's swing, then prescribe treatment and exercises that will help patients prevent or recover from injuries. The process helps them maximize the bio-mechanical function of their bodies, said Kim Krueger, manager of the Oakdale office. Viverant also works with yoga professionals.
The Oakdale clinic is in the Oaks Business Park at 7815 N. 3rd St. For more information, call 651-739-8788.
