If you like street art, hairy-headed people, colorful graphics, gigantism, surfing, photography.... then you may be a fan of Barry McGee, the artist who's work is seen in galleries and museums worldwide, including at Walker Art Center. which owns this large drawing/multimedia work from 1998:

McGee's photo-laden book, "T.H.R.," which came out in 2010, is now browsable in its entirety online. Not sure why, since it's about $50 to buy, but go here.
