In bicycle-centric Minneapolis, Artcrank is one of the more anticipated art parties of the year. Founded as a one-off event in 2007, the "poster party for bike people" soon sprung up in eight cities nationwide, and even making it overseas to London. With its simple concept of showcasing handmade, bike-inspired posters by 40 local artists in limited-edition runs for $40 a pop, the show has become a hit among art lovers and bike enthusiasts. After its opening-night debut at Traffic Zone Center for the Arts, the show moves over to One on One Bicycle Studio (April 21-May 12), with a closing bash at Amsterdam Bar & Hall on May 18.
