For once, the weather forecast looks promising and, as usual, the music lineups look coolly eclectic and adventurous for Art-a-Whirl weekend in northeast Minneapolis. Where are else are you going to see vintage country charmers the Cactus Blossoms back-to-back with apocalyptic electro-spazzoids Marijuana Deathsquads – for free, outdoors?
