So many extraordinary stories today, it's hard to stand out. But this may be the one that makes papers all over the country rip up the front page:

Sounds almost like a deliberate attack.This could be the start of the long-dreaded Shoe Uprising. Hear their battle cry: don't tread on me! Bonus points to the author of the piece for not using the phrase "The Queen of Soul isn't the Queen of Sole today." The temptation must have been enormous.
