Drew Bauer passed for 388 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 95 yards and two TDs to help Minnesota-Duluth rally for a 48-34 victory over St. Cloud State in an NSIC game on Saturday in St. Cloud.
The Huskies (5-6, 4-3 NSIC North) led 14-0 after the first quarter and 27-14 at halftime.
But Bauer ran for one TD and passed for one in the third quarter and then threw two TD passes in the fourth quarter as the Bulldogs (10-1, 7-0), ranked No. 12 in the d2football.com poll, outscored the Huskies 34-7 in the second half.
The Bulldogs scored 21 unanswered points to open a 34-27 lead with 13:37 remaining.
The Huskies tied the score on a 65-yard TD run by Jaden Huff. Bauer's 2-yard TD pass to Tyler Lattery with 9:13 remaining broke the tie.
Nate Meyer passed for 175 yards and two TDs and Huff rushed for 107 yards and two TDs for the Huskies.
MSU Mankato 33, Upper Iowa 23: Nick Pieruccini passed for 318 yards and four TDs to lead the host Mavericks (8-3, 5-2 NSIC South) past the Peacocks.
Winona State 38, Concordia (St. Paul) 0: Paul Preston rushed for 84 yards and three TDs to highlight the victory for the host Warriors (8-3, 5-2 NSIC South).
