Howard Kurtz, writing in the Washington Post, makes two important points: One -- and I'm paraphrasing here, so read it yourself -- is that we live in a sick age if a candidate is counted as making a blunder in pointing out areas of agreement with his opponent. Two, that CBS has more tape from the Sarah Palin interview with Katie Couric that would be damaging if aired. A quote:
