Phil Koeghan has an amazing race of his own to share with you. The host of "The Amazing Race," which has won something like a jillion Emmys, will be in town Tuesday night to promote his film, "The Ride," which documents his 3,500-mile bike ride across America with his dad and close buddies.

The film will be shown at 7:30 p.m. at the Regal Eagan theatres. To purchase the $9.50 tickets ($7 for seniors and children) go to www.noopportunitywasted.com All proceeds go to the MS Society.

Phil tells me in an e-mail that they've already raised $630,000 and are shooting for a million.

The new season of "The Amazing Race," which features former contestants who fell short of winning, starts Feb. 20.
