Aside from the Kylie Minogue/Dr. Dre mash-up, Alt-J's hour-long set list for Monday's sold-out Varsity Theater gig was the exact same show the British boys have been playing everywhere else. At least keyboardist Gus Unger-Hamilton found one way to personalize the set by dedicating "Fitzpleasure" to the person who gave them a jar of pickles at the Triple Rock in September. Some bands get whiskey shots offered to them on stage, or joints, or panties; Alt-J gets pickles (and doesn't forget when it does).

Interlude 1 (Ripe & Ruin) / Tessellate / Something Good / Buffalo / Dissolve Me / Fitzpleasure / Slow Dre (Minogue/Dre cover) / Matilda / Interlude 2 (Guitar) / Bloodfood / MS / Breezeblocks ENCORE: Hand-Made / A Real Hero (College cover) / Taro
