Vikings defensive end Jared Allen will be the guest host of "Sports Soup" at 10 p.m. today on Versus. Allen will join Matt Iseman in studio to help review and re-cap the week in sports, according to a release from the network.
On another note, the NFL's regular-season schedule probably won't be out for a few weeks, but at least fans can get a look at the preseason schedule. The league is supposed to announce the exhibition schedule at 2 p.m. Wednesday. The Vikings already have set up their preseason finale against Denver at the Metrodome but the three other games aren't known at this point.
