Prince was the king of after-parties. So his family is trying to follow suit by staging three late-night events in conjunction with the Oct. 13 tribute concert at Xcel Energy Center featuring Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan, John Mayer and others.

The Dance On Til Dawn parties will be presented Oct. 12, 13 and 14 at Muse Event Center in downtown Minneapolis. G Sharp will lead a house band, a DJ will spin discs, and special guests, including Andre Cymone and Judith Hill, will perform.

Tickets are priced from $31.21 to $250; a three-night VIP package is $600. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday at musemn.com/danceon.

The post-Xcel party on Oct. 13 will go until 4 a.m. The others are scheduled from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.
