RandBall reader and fellow blogger BSV has put together the latest installment of what he calls the "Minnesota Sports Misery Rankings." In these rankings, he chronicles seven different local teams. For November, he gives them the following labels:

Cautiously Optimistic -- Gophers men's basketball

Bandwagon Team of the Month -- Wild

Waiting Room Optimism -- Twins

Hanging By a Thread -- Vikings

Standing Outside a Broken Phone Booth With Money in Our Hands -- Gophers men's hockey

Glimmers of Hope Among Seas of Despair -- Timberwolves

Comical Depression -- Gophers football
