TODAY'S VIKINGS SCHEDULE

The Vikings have an early practice today, as they take the field at 10:50 a.m. Afterward, defensive coordinator George Edwards and special teams coordinator Mike Priefer will meet with the media. So will quarterbacks Matt Cassel and Teddy Bridgewater.

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT

Former Vikings head coach Brad Childress, who was here from 2006-2010, now works for the Kansas City Chiefs. His official position is Special Project Manager, whatever the heck that means.
