MPLS. SICK LEAVE
• The ordinance will go into effect July 1, 2017.
• Eligible employees can earn up to 48 hours per year at a rate of one hour of leave per 30 hours worked.
• All businesses with at least six employees have to comply.
• Private employees working at least 80 hours in a year will be entitled to benefits.
