A weekend slate of orienteering, archery and paddleboarding at Minnesota parks

Minneopa State Park, 4-5 p.m. Friday

Frontenac State Park, 3-4 p.m. Saturday

Learn about the threats to U.S. eastern monarch butterflies, which finds refuge in Minnesota, and how to help them and their habitat. (651-345-3401, mndnr.gov)

Cleary Lake Regional Park, 1-3 p.m. Saturday
