Those hankering for a bit of summer can bop down to the Excel on Sunday

January 17, 2010 at 4:00AM

Sunday is the last day for the St Paul Sportshow/boatshow/tackleshow/rv show/vacation show...........
A bit of a change from years past...more tackle vendors including a mini Muskie Expo of sorts...custom spinners being tied by the Muskie Mayhem Crew, tackle shops like Thorne's and Reeds are set up as well as a bunch of smaller tackle companies with lures in special show colors are all on display. Frankies Marine has almost the full Ranger and Skeeter lineups on display and there are a host of RV and ice house trailers plus the usual trout ponds etc....you can catch a seminar, see live Wolves and large North American cats or watch a small furry tree climbing rodent water ski !
If football is not your thing and you want to get a feel of summer.......Sunday is your chance to get a bit of it.
