A crash that had been blocking the center lane of 35W northbound at Black Dog Road in Bloomington is off to the right shoulder.

A second crash on 35W northbound is tying up traffic from Hwy. 13 to Black Dog Road in Bloomington. The wrecks are at Cliff Road and Burnsville Pkwy.
