Changes in Wayzata: What had been Patrick's Bistro is now Volnay Bistro Bar (331 Broadway Av. S., Wayzata). Chef Anthony Herve is preparing a similar but expanded menu of French classics (beef bourguignon, duck a l'orange, scallops St. Jacques), and the pastry counter continues to feature sweets from former owners Patrick and Azita Bernet.
