Our 19-degree weather has caused some freezing on the roads, so be aware of isolated slick spots.

One motorist found out the hard way. A vehicle spun out on the ramp from westbound 94 to 494 in Maple Grove and hit the guard rail and is blocking the right lane. A second vehicle just slammed into it.
