A burger a week? Minneapolis woman can't stop shooting photos of burgers on Instagram

On Instagram, it's good to have a shtick — something you're good at. For some, it's taking photos of cats. Others, it might be boots. Or buildings. Or food porn.

For Shannon Flinn, it's burgers. All she does is shoot photos of juicy, decadent, cheese-oozing burgers. Thus her account name: @burgerapolis.

If a restaurant serves a burger, chances are she's shot it. Now, she might not have the biggest account (1,300 followers so far), but she is dedicated to the task at hand — which would be snapping (and consuming) one to "several" burgers a week.

Wotta life. By day, Flinn is a business litigation paralegal. By night, burger devourer. Her faves of the moment? The double at Matt's Bar and the newish burger at St. Genevieve.

Her all-time burger champ is still the juicy masterpiece at Parlour in Minneapolis' North Loop (see above photo). "I have considered ordering two at a time because I love them so much," she said.

Now that would be a great Instagram!
