A Bit More Montana Snow

The unseasonably cold and snowy weather that has hammered the northernRockies over the past several days will linger for one more day. The good newsis the places across Montana that are digging out from feet of snowfall willonly get a bit of light snowfall today. Between 1 and 3 inches of additionalsnowfall is possible for Great Falls and Bozeman. Snow will also fall fromButte to Billings; however, accumulations should be less than an inch in theseareas. Any heavier snowfall will be limited to the highest elevations ofwestern Montana. By tomorrow, high pressure dropping out of Canada will bring abit of sunshine back into forecast, and temperatures will climb back into the50s.Story by AccuWeather.com Meteorologist Eric Leister
