The toughest drives continue to be on Hwy. 100. It's 45 minutes on southbound Hwy. 100 from 94 to Hwy. 7. It's 35 to 45 minutes heading north from Crosstown to 394. A vehicle is in the ditch on northbound 100 at Glenwood Avenue.

A semitrailer truck is blocking the center lane on westbound 694 at Long Lake Road. It's 45 minutes from 35E to Hwy. 252.

A stalled vehicle on the right shoulder on westbound 94 at County Road 19 is making for a 32-minute drive from Keats Avenue to downtown St. Paul.

On Hwy. 169, it's 35 minutes from 94 to 394 and 25 minutes on northbound 169 from the Crosstown to 394.
