We end the rush hour with traffic still sluggish in both on the Crosstown between 35W and Hwy. 100.

Things also are heavy on northbound 35W from Diamond Lake Road to downtown. That will take 17 minutes.

On eastbound 94, look for a crash on the right shoulder just before 11th Avenue. Traffic slows in the area.

The squeeze is still on in New Brighton on both directions of 694 between Long Lake Road and Rice Street. That will take 10 to 13 minutes.

Elsewhere, things are moving just fine on 169 in both directions from Maple Grove to Bloomington. I-494 is smooth ride from 94 down to the Crosstown.

You'll find no delays on northbound Cedar Avenue and 35W coming up from the Minnesota River in the south metro.
