9 a.m. update: Still tough on 94 and 394

Congestion just won't loosen on westbound I-94 coming into downtown Minneapolis. Look for slow and go conditions from Dale Street to Hwy. 280, then heavier levels from Riverside over to the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

Congestion just won't loosen on westbound I-94 coming into downtown Minneapolis. Look for slow and go conditions from Dale Street to Hwy. 280, then heavier levels from Riverside over to the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

On eastbound 394, it's still 15 minutes from I-494 over to 94. Things jam up near Dunwoody Blvd.

The ramp from southbound Hwy. 52 to Upper 55th Street is back open following a motorcycle accident earlier this morning.

Drivers on the Crosstown are moving at well below the posted speeds in both directions from 28th Avenue over to Hwy. 100. Plan on 15 to 18 minutes for that drive.

The newest crash is on northbound 35W at Diamond Lake Road. Ahead it's 10 minutes to downtown Minneapolis.
