We end the rush hour with a couple spots where traffic is still heavy. Those include northbound 35W from 46th Street to downtown Minneapolis. Ahead, watch for a couple vehicles off on the right shoulder at 3rd Street.

We end the rush hour with a couple spots where traffic is still heavy. Those include northbound 35W from 46th Street to downtown Minneapolis. Ahead, watch for a couple vehicles off on the right shoulder at 3rd Street.

On westbound 94, traffic bunches up approaching Hwy. 280. It's still 18 minutes from downtown St. Paul to downtown Minneapolis.

Easttbound 494 slows from Hwy. 100 to Lyndale Avenue. Westbound is heavy from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 35W. Plan on 15 minutes across the strip.
