You'll encounter a solid line of traffic on eastbound 94 from Hwy. 55 past a crash blocking the left lane at 1st Avenue. Plan on 10 minutes to get past the scene.

That crash is also affecting traffic attempting to access the ramp from eastbound 394 to eastbound 94. Delays begin at Penn Avenue.
