A major delay is in place on 694 in both directions between University Avenue and Hwy. 10.
The big incident is a jackknifed semi blocking lanes on the westbound side at Silver Lake Road. There also is a crash up ahead at University.
The State Patrol is responding to a rollover accident on the eastbound side at Central Avenue.
Southbound Hwy. 169 is still clogged from Medicine Lake Road to the Crosstown due to earlier crashes in the vicinity of Hwy. 7.
