A vehicle spun out and is facing the wrong direction on northbound Cedar Avenue at 35E. A State Trooper is on the scene.

Ahead, Cedar remains slow from the scene up to the Crosstown. It's a 15-minute drive.

On northbound 35W, expect a 17-minute trip from County Road 42 to 494.

Westbound Highway 55 from Hastings to Rosemount is busy. Several crashes earlier this morning has slowed traffic.

You'll encounter congestion on the Crosstown in both directions between Hwy. 100 and 35W, on southbound 35E from 694 to 94 and on westbound 494 between Cedar Avenue and 35W.
