9 a.m. update: Still a dreary drive, just like today's weather

The rain, mist and fog has been a bane for motorists all morning, and things are not getting any better.

The rain, mist and fog has been a bane for motorists all morning, and things are not getting any better.

Our latest incidents include a wreck on the ramps to downtown Minneapolis coming off of northbound 35W.

In St. Paul, the drive on southbound 35E is nearly 20 minutes form 694 to 94, with a crash just before the downtown St. Paul exits.

A new crash is slowing drivers down on eastbound Hwy. 13 at Kenwood Trail in the south metro.

Look for heavy traffic and possibly a wreck on northbound 35W between County Road 42 and Burnsville Pkwy.

And in St. Paul, the stall on westbound 94 at White Bear Avenue is gone, and it's been replaced with a wreck at Ruth Street.
