9 a.m. update: Stall on Hwy. 100; congestion downtown

The slow traffic award goes to westbound 94 and northbound 35W in downtown Minneapolis. Things have been tight there all morning.

A stalled vehicle is blocking the left lane of northbound Hwy. 100 at 36th Street.

We've also got a stall on westbound 94 at Mounds Blvd. in St. Paul.

The slow traffic award goes to westbound 94 and northbound 35W in downtown Minneapolis. Things have been tight there all morning.
