A vehicle spun out an is facing the wrong direction on westbound 94 inside the Lowry Hill Tunnel. Look for it to be blocking the right lane.

Elsewhere on 94, things remain tough heading west from the Wisconsin state line to downtown St. Paul. That is still taking 70 to 90 minutes.

Our other tough route is on southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280. That is still 75 minutes. A spin out is blocking the left lane at 95th.

Hwy. 52 at 190th Street in Vermillion remains closed with a serious injury accident. Air care is about to arrive on the scene.
