The morning rush hour ends with the State Patrol handling two crashes, one on southbound Hwy. 169 at Lancaster Lane. The backup begins at 77th Avenue.

The other is on southbound 494 just past the Fish Lake Interchange. A semi carrying hay is off to the right shoulder.

Congestion persists on westbound 94 from 35E over to 35W. Plan on 30 minutes for that trip.

Eastbound 94 is improving with 15 minutes needed from Dowling Avenue to Hwy. 280.

Eastbound 394 struggles from General Mills Blvd. to Glenwood Avenue/I-94, with 15 minutes needed there.

A note to 94 drivers. Thursday's predicted rains has led MnDOT to call off ramp closures to and from 94 to Dale Street in St. Paul. Look for that work to be rescheduled.
