We end the rush hour with areas that are still plagued with congestion, and a crash at the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

We end the rush hour with areas that are still plagued with congestion. A fresh crash is blocking a lane on eastbound 94 heading into the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

A wreck on northbound 35E at McAndrews Road in Eagan has traffic slow from County Road 42 up to Cedar Avenue. That is 15 minutes from County 42 up to 494.

Northbound Cedar Avenue is congested from 35E up to the Minnesota River bridge. Things loosen to the north.

Westbound Hwy. 10 is clogged from Round Lake Blvd. past the scene of a crash at 7th Avenue in Anoka.

It is a 12-minute push on northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis. It's about 10 on southbound 35E from 694 down to University Avenue in St. Paul.

Westbound 694 is slow from 35E over to 35W. That area has struggled all morning.

The typical congestion is making the drive on westbound 494 in Bloomington 15 minutes from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100.

Look for off-and-on slowing on eastbound 394 from Hwy. 169 over to Wirth Pkwy. in Minneapolis.

Westbound 94 is looking much better. It's 20 minutes from McKnight Road over to 35W.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
