The rush wraps up with a ramp closure from southbound 35W to westbound 494 in Bloomington and road work taking out the right lane on eastbound 94 at Huron Blvd. Further to the east, the right lane will be closed from 9 a.m. to noon from 7th Street to Mounds Blvd.
Today, look for intermittent lane closures on I-94 in both directions between Hwy. 280 and Dale Street. MnDOT will be conducting bridge inspection.
Northbound Hiawatha Avenue will be down to a single lane from 1 to 3 p.m. between Franklin Avenue and I-94.
